Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our workshop in China. Typical delivery is 7–12 business days for the US, Canada, UK, and EU, and 8–16 business days for Australia and New Zealand. Tracking is provided on every order.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $50. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on destination.
How long does dispatch take?
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email.
Are the stones natural?
Yes for natural-stone pieces, and the product page states the material for every item. Where a stone is treated, heat-treated, or dyed, we disclose it. Glass and synthetic beads are labelled as such.
Will the color match the photo?
Natural stone varies. Each piece is unique, and slight differences in pattern and tone are normal and expected.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unworn and in original packaging. See our Returns page for the process.
