30-day returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We reply within one business day with return instructions.
- Ship the item back and send us the tracking number.
- Once it arrives and is inspected, we refund the item price.
What we refund
We refund the item price. Original shipping and return shipping are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at our cost, or refund you in full. No need to return the damaged piece.
Non-returnable
Pierced earrings and custom-sized pieces cannot be returned for hygiene and production reasons.
